When logged in and the service is available you can "request a call" from the support portal.
Im in need of the customer service number for the cardholder to call
? For example, if stripe declining the transaction we don't really know at what point it's getting declined. I know Stripe blocks some transactions if fraud is suspected prior to submitting a request to the bank. But our support doesn't have a way to help once the customer checks with their card's issuing bank
There is no number for the customer to call. The customer would speak to their bank and you would speak to the customer & Stripe.
