@sage jolt we don't really have a concept of a "default payment method" for one-time payments. It's only for Billing/recurring payments. Otherwise we recommend storing this in your own system instead

You mean like persisting the id of the payment method in our db so that when we fetch the customer's payment method we know which one is the default one?

Also, what's the "set as default" option on the payment method on the dashboard then?
