Last time i have discussed your team member regarding for 3d secure payment for Australia country.

i have integrated stripe payment gateway in my website but client says
"this payment was made successfully but it did not prompt a security code to my mobile phone to authorise this card"

That's fine, 3DS is not always required. The issuing bank decides when to trigger the auth flow.

It should be possible with Radar rules, but I don't know much about it, unfortunately. You should ask Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
