No, there's no API to update the retry settings, you can only change it through Dashboard.

Ok. My question was more like even from the dashboard can have the custom days here and not the fixed 1,3,5,7 days? Does Stripe have this feature in Subscriptions and advanced invoices
or All-in-one plan plans?

No, the only options are 1,3,5,7.
