Do I have to specify the location or address separately in the program like in the URL you gave me?

The program attempted to pay USD 10.00 with the account corresponding to the API Key.
When I did that, there was no screen change on the WisePose device that I have, and the account that corresponds to the API key says Incomplete.

Yes you need to create a Location before creating a simulated reader
