Let me provide a little more background. We're a website building SAAS company similar to Shopify, and then we serve different merchants who will bind stripe accounts on our site to collect payments. We found that in the payment request from stripe, there is a parameter that asks for the country of the merchant's account, so it's not clear where to get this information from
