To confirm, what type of Connect accounts do you have though?
If you use Standard Accounts + Direct Charges the above doesn't apply because payemnts would be processed directly on the connect accounts

Gotcha. Yeah with Express, youd use either destination charges or separate charges and transfers, so the cross border restriction does indeed apply
