I have confusion about we have created a checkout but it running on stripe.com can we create or shift on our domain ?

and also need to implement a apple pay into it. so what should I use like stripe Express Checkout Element or something else ?

Checkout Sessions support Apple Pay out of the box, though I believe you will need to register your domain with Apple if you begin using a custom domain for your Checkout instead of our domain.
