There is no programatic way to download the receipt. Those URLs is for Stripe internal usage and it can be changed anytime.

Only invoice PDF can be downloaded

Is that something that can be added in? the charge object has a receipt URL as well, not the PDF

would be nice to have the parity for invoices and receipts
