Hey, I haven't tried specifying the customer, but I'm hoping to be able to list open invoices across all customers (test clock or not) if that's possible

No, that's not possible. The Customers List API for example excluded customers associated with test clocks unless you include the test_clock

But i was able to run a test clock invoice case, and including the customer does return those test-clock related invoices
