I think the user did not validate the 3DS part

but not really sure about that, the error message we have in french is "Une action de votre part est requise pour finaliser la configuration du SetupIntent... " which litterally means that we have to do something on our end to finalize the setup intent configuration

Looks like 3ds authentication is just failing for the customer's card. They'll need to talk to their bank to see what happened

Or just try a different card

yeah that's what I was thinking about, there is no reason why other cards 3DS should work and not this one
