I am processing payments in ZOHO Books via Stripe and the transaction description on the customer's side is not displaying the information that the customer needs to reconcile credit card transactions.
I was previously referred to ZOHO and I just spent an hour on the phone with ZOHO, who referred me back to Stripe.
Can you share an example payment ID I can look at, and exactly what you'd expect to see where?

If you send something to them different than that, you'd need to ask them why they set this value

Yes, if you were to create payments directly through your dashboard then you can set the description to be whatever you want
