invoice.paid event will fire once the first invoice is paid, in the case of a free trial, there's nothing to be paid
so the invoice goes automatically to the paid status
whereas in a non-free trial, the invoice should be paid first, meaning you should collect the PM from your customer before the invoice gets paid and the invoice.paid event is fired
