Tried this... for this card when we are trying to place a hold its failing due to insufficient balance

Yeah not sure if there's a card that allows a hold but then fails on capture

like for example, if there is a hold of $10 while placing the order, but while closing the order if the bill amount is $20 due to customer opting for more service on visit, so then while closing the order, charge will be for $20 right

so at that time there can be possibility right?

Well over capture/incremental auths aren't possible like that

we are not doing incremental charge actually... in our scenario, we are releasing the authorization and then charging the customer

Then sure, there are scenarios where the $20 charge may be declined just like any other payment
