For that business model they will need to have a Stripe Account to received the fund. However you can hide it completely from them, by creating and managing Custom Connected Account instead.

we ask the provider to put their information and onboard themselves through our platform, once they come to the screen where they need to input their perefered bank account (where they want to receive their money) they will have to create stripe account and by doing this, they will have to input FName, LName, address, SSN, phone#, bank information, and create stripe account. that what i mean by inputting their info twice
what is the difference between custom connect account and express. does it cost more in fee wise? or what is the requirements ?

For the scenario you described, how about just rely on Stripe Onboarding on 2nd step to get all the information and avoid collecting yourself in 1st step
