Not finding much just yet, it's like something is configured differently on that account leading to a $0 fee. You likely will need to write to our support team and provide those concrete examples you gave me so that they can help: https://support.stripe.com/contact
ah I think I found it
Your own account/platform has a custom pricing behaviour where fees are calculated asynchronously
and that applies to all payments on Custom/Express accounts but not Standard accounts
