"Incomplete" is the default state for a payment, payments showing that mean that one way or another your checkout process was not completed for those payments

So all I can see in our logs is that that intent was created but never confirmed

Which can mean a lot of things. For example it might just mean that you never completed the test when making that intent

That being said, because it is every other intent, and the intents are for the same amount, it sounds like your integration may be creating two intents at once instead of just creating one
