is it applicable to include "Advanced fraud signals" in off-session charges? or is this payment not properly identified as off-session?

Thank you for that. I'm not exactly sure what that message is trying to indicate offhand.

The Payment Intent you referenced was created as an off_session payment. The only thing I'm seeing that I think that message could relate to, is that the Setup Intent which created the Payment Method being used was also handled server-side by being passed raw card details. So there doesn't seem to be any association with the customer inputting those details, so it doesn't look like stripe.js had a chance to gather any fraud signals for the entire transaction.

I would recommend reaching out to our Support team to double check, as I think they'll be more familiar with what that message is trying to convey.
