Are you trying to change capabilities via the Accounts API and getting an error?
We want to issue business expense card
actually we dont know where to add capibilities to api keys
if you can advice that would be perfect

when we go to edit the api key or trying to look for a way to add capaiilities, we are not being succesful
To activate the issuing capability on a custom connected account, use the Accounts update API:

For your own account? I'm very confused about the scenario you're trying to solve for here
But you can check capabilities on your own account with a GET request to https://api.stripe.com/v1/account

on our platform is giving me a button to activate when I press on it takes me to conect account to add it to the customer which i want this capability. I add the acapability to that customer and it shows red , inactive..

the actual issue is we are stuvk with support and dev team and not sure if this issue is from activating acount from your devs or on boarding from your support tema
I believe you'll need to continue to work with them then, and their team might need to get in touch with us if they're having issues resolving from the platform side
