Emails are not designed for notifying the merchant of events. You can instead listen to webhook events: https://stripe.com/docs/webhooks
You can then connect it inside of your app to any channel you want to notify you.

I checked the webhooks and I think this will only notify me in stripe app about the events but I won't get an email notification is that right ?

Then that's not my solution. is there any way to get notified by email via stripe for all events ?

Stripe doesn't provide that. I don't know of any third party tools. You might want to ask Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
