Stripe kept telling her the processing failed.
In what form did the customer receive these errors? Do you have a screenshot?
No. I don't. The customer said the website kept telling her the processing failed. But I see 3 successful payments. I have just issued refund for 2 out of the 3.
Are you using the Payment Element on your website?
I am on Woocommerce, so have Stripe plugged into it
And the payments were few minutes apart and I have no reason to disbelieve her

Its not a woocommerce problem. According to her it was a payment processing issue
If you are using WooCommerce Stripe plugin you need to reach out to WooCommerce. Because we don't know how it works. If there's actually something wrong on our side, WooCommerce will in turn reach out to us.
