would you mind explaining your use-case? using raw pans is something we highly discourage anyone from doing. You would have PCI compliance issues to deal with

you would start by using our official guides like https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment and build a payments integration that way. No reason to ever send raw card numbers.
