I'm not sure I'm going to be able to help better than Stripe support can, but can you provide more details? A screenshot of what you're seeing on the bank statement and the request ID where you specified the statement descriptor would be ideal. Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

The PBBL Reimb is the statement descriptor we set in the API.

I don't think you did anything wrong as far as making the request. I can't explain why it appears on the statement like that though.
