That payment method didn't actually complete it's setup attempt so when the setup attempt expired we consumed it
Basically the setup attempt just never finished - the microdeposit verification wasn't completed, so after a certain point we expire the attempt
What is a viable solution for our customer? Make them re-link it?
Because i'm assuming there is nothing I can do to verify that account so they can use it at this point, right?
Yeah there's nothing that you can do to re-verify that account at this point - you'd need to bring the cusotmer back on-session to start the process again
