well i have automaticTax { Enabled = true } in my code
i am sending the tax code for Tangible goods
but when i checkout I would expect that stripe calculates the tax, but the tax is 0.00

i am in test mode, i don't see the option in tax settings

this is only for test mode, i am pretty sure we have CA, and PA enabled in test mode. I am just trying to enable Germany and France for a demo.
I know there is a link because I seen this page before i just can't find it not sure why its not appearing in tax settings
