So, there isn't anything to do? Cuz our accounting report will be wrong if we directly export these data. What is Stripe's recommendation here'?

If you reach out to Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact, they'll probably be able to better advise you on how to best go about reconciling the reports. We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel
