hello! I believe karbi already mentioned this in your other thread. Unfortunately there really isn't a way to do this at the moment

I asked her about deleting a product. I said I got an error when I tried to delete a price, but her response was vague and I assumed she was referring to deleting a product not being possible right now.

#

So, now I ask about deleting a price.

#

And the insane thing is, I can delete a product on the dashboard, but not through the API. I can't believe this is such a huge issue and Stripe is doing very poorly at either fixing it, or explaining to users why it's not as easy to fix as we think it should be.

hrm, it doesn't look like you can delete a Price via the API. Gimme a few minutes to check via the Dashboard

#

it's pretty much the same as a Product - if you've used it before, you can't delete it. The Dashboard mentions that you can archive it instead. However, on the Dashboard, if you've never used that Price before, it can be deleted

when you say used, you mean in a transaction?

not necessarily just in a transaction. As an example, if you create a Payment Link with that Price, but never actually used it for a payment yet, you'll still be unable to delete the Price

#

cause the Price has considered to be "used" before
