Hello! Right now I don't think there's a way to retrieve this through the API

and right now they're likely all being as guest customers because you're doing one-time payments that don't require a customer to be created

If you're creating your payment links through the api you can confiure this with this param: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_links/payment_links/create#create_payment_link-customer_creation
