From what I can tell, as long as you didn't actually pay anything and you don't see anything in your statements you should be in the clear
I suspect this person created some invoices and then manually marked them as paid to trick folks and get them confused
I can't give too many details, but I believe this account has been paused as well/flagged to us already

what is the customer service number in the event it gets charged?
We don't have a customer service number, but you can always try support@stripe.com
But if you do get charged, the better thing to do would be to dispute it directly through your bank - it'll go much faster that way and they should be able to handle this quickly
