If the invoice retries have been exhausted then no, it won't be retried again after updating the PaymentMethod. You'll need to trigger the payment manually by either calling the API or using the dashboard.
You can test all this using test clocks
for credit card .. how re try will work ( if I will update subscription then it will charge to new card)?

if I remember correctly, you need to be on a newer billing plan. Does your account have a custom billing/fee plan with Stripe?
