hello! if you're integrating with the customer portal programmatically, then anyone with that link should be able to access that. The assumption is that you would have handled authentication on your site.

If you use the no-code customer portal integration, then it'll send an email to the customer with a one time passcode to login : https://stripe.com/docs/no-code/customer-portal#share
