Ok! I am unable to move forward with our app submission as the "external" app on our Stripe account is a hello world application and you are only allowed to have one public app per account

That removes from the installed apps on our account, but not from the developers panel

yeah, i clicked the publish button just to test it out, didnt realize there was no way of reverting this or deleting the app
