Hello! Nope, Checkout only supports creating one Subscription at a time. You can put multiple Prices on that one Subscription, though. What's your use case?

We're in the vetinary space and we're offering subscriptions per pet. We currently have one stripe subscription per owner but it can be difficult to disentangle pets from each other for purposes of reporting, upgrading plans, or enrollments, so we're investigating splitting them into multiple subscriptions.

#

We'd like to make the process of signing up for plans easy enough that a user could choose to enroll all their pets at once and then use the same payment method, but then each pet would have their own subscription so if the pet parent wanted to use different payment methods per pet, wanted to upgrade just one, or even have them on different payment schedules, they could

One idea I had was that we would present them with the totals and ask them for a payment method that we would save and allow future usage with and then create the subscriptions ourselves

Yeah, that's probably your best bet.
