Hi there 👋 jumping in as my teammate needs to step away. Which account needs to take action depends on how the request to create the Customer Portal is structured. If you're using stripeAccount to make the request for your Connected Account, then it is the settings for the Connected Account that need to be updated. Otherwise it's the Platform account settings.

I also believe you can create Portal Configurations via the API, and then pass that when creating the Customer Portal Session rather than relying on your Connected Accounts setting up their default configurations.
