man im not trying to fill a form out and wait do you have phone number i can call i cannot even unlock my card right now cuz its gonna get charged

its a company that uses your services
and im not registering an account just to talk to someone this bullshit shouldnt even be happening
Yes I know, but your best/fastest resolution would be reaching out to the company. If they are not responsive, you can reach out to Stripe as above
You are the customer, you can always call your bank and tell them to decline the charge
u know what happens when you do that right? the bank cancels your card and will want to send a new one... so because the poor services on the companies end and your end im the one that has to go through the bullshit?
Sorry but that doesn't sound normal to a bank. You are their customer and you should be able to tell them to decline specific merchants. And as mentioned above, if you don't want to reach out to your own bank, you would want to reach out to the merchant or Stripe Support
