So there is a Flutter Stripe package (see: https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_stripe) but we don't actively support this. It is maintained by folks outside of Stripe so while I know it exists I can only point you towards it -- I can't really help with any specific questions about it.

I've seen this library but it's incomplete, it doesn't have everything I need like stripe connect

Yeah like I said I don't know anything about the library really. Just that is the only Flutter Library for Stripe that I'm aware of. We do not maintain a Flutter Library.
