generally, you increase the price that you're charging for the plan to include the Stripe fee. See https://support.stripe.com/questions/passing-the-stripe-fee-on-to-customers for some calculations.

in our flow users get to subscribe to a plan (montly or yearly) there we create a pricing plan beforehand and the default price gets deducted from user card there we don't have any option to put the fees and tax charges on user, please suggest

yes, there is no "option" for this built into Stripe.

you as the merchant pay the Stripe processing fees. If you want to pass that on to the customer, you need to charge them more, and clarify in your messaging that the extra amount is the cost of processing; see the link I shared.
