I am tired of being responded to by almost every staff member , So far i have communicated with Hector, Calvin, Alexander, Tim, Bruce, Josh, Stephen, Yesith, Allie and Clark. All these people just leave their first name only , I don't know who am communicating with , whether a manager or a janitor.
i have performed my duties and provided you with a legal document as a sworn and notarized affidavit from my customer to release my funds to me. Asking me for a kyc is very ignorant because you guys asked me to send you a picture of my product with a picture of that days date , my company name and quantity in stock on a piece of paper which i did immediately. I will not be subjected to any of your delay tactics. I need my money in my account now now.

I see you are a stripe. How hard can it be to get support to talk to me because the channel you ask me to go through I have been for almost days now and it’s not working. I need immediate help and am reaching out to you not spamming or interrupting. This is seeking your desperate assistance please . Am dying.

I do work for Stripe, yes. But we are engineers here to help merchants with their technical issues – not issues pertaining to account and/or balance. That is what the official support channels (chat, email) are for

This is a matter of life and death please. You may be the one to save my life. I am trying to tell you I have emailed back and forth with stripe for days and it’s not working. They respond but it is not in order. Today hector responds tomorrow another person another time another person and non of them is helping. I have sent the legal document to them and I should receive my payout immediately but all to no avail. Get me live assistance help please
