we are a platform that host services of our merchant. so when somone pay on our website we take a commision then we send the rest to the merchant

the wallet is the destination account (the merchant account)

we dont have any issue but I would like to know how can i check if the merchant account is OK before accepting any payment

I thought we just need to check the charges_enabled and payouts_enabled attributes to make sure this account is ok and can accept funds
