Idek atp, when I first entered my phone number it had the same issue but it said "enter a valid phone number.,"

This is actually not the first time this has happened either, I tried it on my old phone, it was an android as well and it was having these same issues..but I've bought a new phone since then?

it works perfectly fine for me. I can't replicate the issue, I'd suggest to try and see if you're able to borrow a phone / device from a friend and if you're able to submit the form on their device
