got it, we'll try capturing some individual slow page loads. does this mean though that we can't collect timing data across all of our users' pageloads on the stripe checkout page?

that's not possible from your end. The Stripe Checkout page is a page hosted by Stripe. you wouldn't be able to capture the load time
