Whenever a customer enters ICICI Bank card and clicks on pay he gets a blank screen

Gotcha, our integration provides the surfaces for 3DS challenges to be displayed, but it's up to the issuing bank to provide the contents of the authentication challenge flow that are displayed. This is likely behavior that will need to be raised to the bank so they can review their 3DS implementation, but could you provide me with the ID of an impacted Payment Intent so I can double check that?

What if we disable 3Ds in that will this work ......
If the issuer of the payment method being used requires 3DS to be completed in order for them to authorize the transaction, then the payment will likely fail if 3DS is not supported.
I'm not seeing much details about what happened on our end. It looks like the 3DS flow was initialized, but then not completed and all of the authentications are showing they failed.
I would recommend having your customer reach out to their bank regarding this behavior.
I'm not sure, it's the first I'm hearing of it.

ever my company's corporate card is also issue by ICICI but it works smooth on all platform never faced such issue

Took a closer look and I do see some discussion about this internally, and it looks like we attempted to make a change to resolve the behavior. Based on the times on the Payment Intent you shared, it looks like it might be from shortly before that change was implemented. Do you have a more recent example where you're still seeing this behavior?
