Hey there, we generally can't offer much advice on radar, but you might want to look at the attribute transaction_type to have rule logic apply to setup vs payment
https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules/supported-attributes
@errant fern thanks for the quick reply.
@errant fern
"The type of the transaction. The supported values are: charge, payment_intent, setup_intent. The payment_intent value is only supported for Request Credentials rules. In that case, any Allow, Block, or Review rules run against the charge attempts created when confirming the payment."
I don't understand this part
"The payment_intent value is only supported for Request Credentials rules."
I suspect this is referring to requesting 3ds, but I would say its best to contact support about this: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support center provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
I contacted support but no reply for a whole day
Japan support team just give links to the docs which is just translated from english docs and not even localized.
If you send me your email I can double check if we received the email. Our team does reply as fast as they can but response times can vary by volume.
I don't think they even understand what my problem is.
what they call radar special teams don't offer phone support, only email and the just give you links to the docs.
thanks for tring to help me out you guys.
@umbral sandal should i have DM you? or is it okay in this thread?
It looks like the team still has the ticket and should be looking in to it. Unfortunately I am sitll not finding info on this Request Credentials type of rule, it does look like 3DS rules may be a subtype of Request Credentials rules but unfortunately I'm not getting explicit confirmation of this in what I can see
And no worries, I did delete the message with your email as sometimes bots will scrape public discord channels for emails to spam but I think you should be good
