1)We dont want to take payments instead allow them to directly accept payments
2)ive already seen this article ,Still confused with the working of stripe how i will allow user to create connect account in my through my app
both backend and front end

You (the platform) create the account, and then onboard them to your platform. It's explained here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/standard-accounts
