Thanks @hallow olive, we've contacted support so atleast we're on the right track :D. I have the information to reproduce but not much for debugging. On various versions of IOS from 14.1 to 16.3 (chrome and safari), we've been able to replicate by hitting "Add Shipping Address" and then after a short period of time (20 seconds) the phone vibrates and the form just closes.

It's plausible there'd be some kind of "timeout" internally in PaymentRequest though 20s to add an address feels a bit short

if you have reached out to support with the right information it should get you in contact with someone who can help (and escalate to Apple if needed).

Thanks for your help. I know this was a little long shot but It was worth the question in case someone already knew about this and had some information to provide. We'll wait for a reply from support in the meantime, once again, thanks for your time.

Yeah I don't know much about this but I flagged to my team to try and see if one of us can reproduce and also flag to the right product team in parallel. But the more details you have to share with support the better.
If you do get a "generic answer", please mention your talked to me on Discord so that they escalate to the right people
