They are... a lot different. Stripe is when you as a merchant, accepting payments from customers and that's it.

Stripe Connect is when you are a Platform, have a lots of Connected Account, which can in turn accepts payments from customers

Think Uber. User could be a Platform, each driver is a Connected Account, each payer is a Customer

You will need to specify the Connected Account Id here and there, in the Connect flow.

There are Destination Charge or Direct Charge or Separate Charges and Transfers
