both really, in one scenario they need invoice, with terms like 30 days, in another they need payment link for immed pay

What charge flow are you using/planning on using? Direct charges? destination charges? Generally with express accounts we recommend destination charges

got it - so if you're create a payment link for a destination charge you can set everything you need

you can set transfer_data (https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_links/payment_links/create#create_payment_link-transfer_data)
and on_behalf_of if you also need that(https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_links/payment_links/create#create_payment_link-on_behalf_of)
