What type of Connected Accounts are you working with?
Connect Express
We do allow our sellers to reconnect a new Express account. However, Stripe still shows them their old Express account.
We have rejected these accounts, but they are still shown to clients (on their Connect Express dashboard)
A platform can only have one Express Account Connected per email address.
I think you want to delete these extra accounts using https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/delete
Instead of rejecting them
They must have a $0 balance in order to delete them
Is there any non-API way to delete this account? Why can't I do this from the dashboard? It makes it a bit hard for our support staff to handle these requests.
Hmm I don't believe you can delete an account from the Dashboard currently. I can put in a feature request for that but as far as I know it just isn't possible right now.
