i have a client who tried processing the payment using our Stripe account. Although, he has sufficient funds the error captured as card declined due to insufficient account...

can you please check and let us know the reason why they are unable to make the payment and how do we go about fixing the issue
The error message is quiet explicit: Your card has insufficient funds. that means the customer doesn't have enough amount for paying that amount

I don't think this is true/accurate. What I can tell is they don't have sufficent funds in that card.
the client spoke to the bankers having us on the phone call....
the bankers confirmed he has sufficent funds to make the payment

Did they try to do the payment again ? maybe at the time they did the purchase they hadn't enough funds while when they reachout to their banker, they had funds.
but the card ending with 4536 didn't had enough funds
they tired on 5th and they tried yesterday and again today
all these days they have had enough money to make the purchase yet this message popped up

im not sure why you keep saying there is no funds when the customer and their bankers have confirmed there is enough funds in the card
is there anyone else that i can talk to or who can possibilly understand the situation and deal with it
