the Player registers on an e-gaming platform. after registration player deposit USD for playing a game.
After the complete game they withdraw thair amount in bank account

ex. Player : A
Balance: 0 USD
So he's deposited 1000 USD on my platform for playing game.
after he's won 500USD. so his total Balance 1500 USD.
so hi request to me and I'm transfer his balance in origin bank account

You need to use Stripe Connect for this:

Each user need to have a Stripe Connected Account
